MEET THE STAFF OF CHURCH LANE NURSERY

At Church Lane Nursery, our experienced team of staff are a major asset. They create a happy, secure and stimulating environment, both educationally and socially, in which children feel comfortable in exploring new skills.

OfSTED require a staff to child ratio of 1:8 for over 3 year old’s and if your child is under 3 years, a 1:4 ratio.  However, whenever possible we endeavour to work with a smaller ratio.

All our staff carry out regular training in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, covering all aspects of child development. The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) has checked all staff of the Nursery.
