MEET THE STAFF OF CHURCH LANE NURSERY

Here at Church Lane we have a wonderful staff team who are committed to providing a happy, exciting, caring environment. Through this we feel every child will grow and learn to the best of their ability

OfSTED require a staff to child ratio of 1:8 for over 3 year old’s and if your child is under 3 years, a 1:4 ratio.  However, whenever possible we endeavour to work with a smaller ratio.

All our staff carry out regular training in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, covering all aspects of child development. The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) has checked all staff of the Nursery.
